Acropolis

The Acropolis of Athens is a rocky hill and was inhabited from 3rd millennium B.C. The lord of Acropoli's colonization gained great power and eventual brought the whole Attica together under the reign with peaceful way , except for Eleusis. The tradition says that the lord who united Athens's colonization was Theseus. The rebuilding of the walls and Acropoli's sacreds places began immediatly after defeat of the Persians, 465 B.C, in the time of Pericles.
