Return Policy



The customer reserves the right to return the products purchased without the obligation to communicate the reason for which he/she wishes to return the products within three (3) calendar days from the date of receipt. In this case, a charge shall be levied
the direct cost of returning the products. Returns will be accepted only if the products that the customer wishes to return are in the exact same condition in which they were received, i.e. without having been unsealed, used, or the packaging has been tampered with.
Any product that has been damaged or whose packaging has been damaged will not receive a refund. In general, any return of products will be made only after contacting us by phone or sending an email to info@slevori.com
 
When making compensation, the customer will be compensated depending on the way the payment was made, for example, in the case of a bank transfer with a corresponding bank transfer to an account indicated by the customer or in another way upon agreement with the customer.
 
The online store operates at www.Slevori.com under the terms and conditions presented above. For any dispute or controversy competent are the courts of the Greek Justice . The use of the online store requires the unconditional acceptance of all the above terms and conditions. If the user disagrees with some or all of the terms of use of the e-shop, he must refrain from using it, otherwise he declares that he has unconditionally accepted all the terms and conditions of operation.
 
Return Policy
 1.  
 (right of unjustified withdrawal)
 
The customer reserves the right to return the products purchased, in accordance with Law 2251/1994 on Consumer Protection, without justification, within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt of the products. 
 
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal: 
No withdrawal and no return is allowed
1) For special orders 
2) Where the products have been modified at the customer's request 
3) For damage caused when opening the product, for which the customer is solely responsible.
 
Returns will be accepted strictly only if the following conditions are met: 
 
1) The product is in its original perfect condition. The inspection will be carried out by our online store manager. 
2) The packaging of the product has not been altered or soiled, but is in perfect condition. 
3) The product is returned in secure packaging, so that it is not damaged or altered or damaged in transit. We are not responsible for any loss or damage in transit of the product . 
4) Along with the product will be returned intact and in perfect condition and all documents, which accompanied the product (original proof of purchase / invoice, written guarantee, the order form,
the order confirmation mail and the credit card stub (if you have paid by credit card).  
5) In case the product is accompanied by a gift, the gift must be returned along with the product, also in perfect condition of the product and any accompanying forms.
6) The customer exercises his right of withdrawal within the above period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the products.
 
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must contact us, informing us of his decision to withdraw, with an unconditional, unconditional, unconditional and unconditional written statement to be sent by post to the following address:

After the notification of the customer's declaration of withdrawal, a confirmation of receipt will be sent to the customer's e-mail address.
Before returning the product, the customer is required to contact Slevori S.A. at info@slevori.com within the aforementioned deadline. 
 
The customer must return the products in safe packaging, so that they are protected during shipment , without undue delay and in any case within 14 calendar days from the day on which he communicated,
in accordance with the above, to our online store his decision to withdraw. 
 
The return is at the customer's risk as we are not responsible for any loss or damage during transport.
The cost of return will be borne by the customer, Slevori S.A. will not accept the products if this cost has not already been covered by the customer.
 
In the event that the above is not complied with and the product does not meet the aforementioned conditions, the return of the product will not be accepted and the product will be sent back to the customer-sender at his own expense.
Provided that the product is received, the declaration of withdrawal is timely, the above conditions are met in their entirety and the above procedure for exercising the customer's right of withdrawal is followed, the return of the products will be accepted. 
 
The refund corresponding to the price of the products with the original shipping costs ordered by the customer will be completed without undue delay and in any case within fourteen (14) calendar days from the day of receipt of the returned products.  
 
The refund will be made through a deposit to the customer's bank account. For security reasons, the beneficiary of the account number must be the same person listed on the purchase receipt for the returned product.
In the event that the customer does not wish to receive a refund but to exchange the product with another or other products, up to the amount of the price paid or by paying an additional price, provided that the product to be exchanged remains intact and unused.
In case the changed product is of a lower value than that of your original order, Slevori S.A. will not refund the difference, therefore you must choose an additional one so that your new order is of equal or higher value than the original one.  
 
Shipping costs for new products are the responsibility of the customer and the products will be shipped after receipt and inspection of the original product(s), as detailed above (fulfillment of conditions).
 Change for the second time, i.e. change of already changed products is not allowed.
 
Reasoned Return of Products
In the rare case that the customer receives through the fault of Slevori.com a demonstrably defective product or a product that lacks an agreed property or is damaged in transit or the wrong product, the customer must inform us immediately by describing the problem and letting us know if he/she wishes a replacement or refund.
 In particular, in these cases the customer may:
 
Either refuse to receive the product in principle and request the delivery of the product ordered, if it is a shipment of the wrong product, or its correction/replacement if it is a defective product or a product lacking an agreed property.
 
Either to take delivery of the product and return it, requesting the delivery of the product ordered, if it is the wrong product, or its correction/replacement if it is a defective product or a product lacking an agreed feature, or the refund of the price paid.
 
Conditions for returning the product 
In order for a return to be accepted, the allegedly faulty, defective or missing product must be unworn and in its original, perfect condition. The packaging of the product must not have been altered or soiled, but must be in perfect condition. The product must be returned in secure packaging so that it is not damaged during transport. We are not responsible for any loss or damage during transport of the product. Along with the product, the customer must return intact and in perfect condition all documents that accompanied the product (original purchase receipt/invoice or any other accompanying material). In case the product is accompanied by a gift, the gift should be returned together with the product, also in perfect condition and any accompanying documents.
 
Deadline for returning the product 
The return of products which are claimed to be defective or lacking an agreed quality upon delivery or which are different or substantially different from those ordered will be accepted within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt.
The shipping costs for the return of the products to our online store are borne by us, if the customer sends them with the shipping network used by Slevori.com otherwise they are borne by the customer. 
The costs of resending the customer the correct/replaced or repaired product are borne by slevori.com 
In the event that the return is not made within the timeframe provided or the return conditions are not met, Slevori.com has the right to not accept the products back and not proceed with the requested product shipment or refund.
If the customer does not return the product, then no new product will be sent and the customer will have to place a new order/purchase .
Before returning the product, the customer must contact Slevori S.A. by e-mail (info@slevori.com) within the above deadline.
 
Product guarantee 
All our products are covered by a guarantee for 2 years from the date of purchase, and is only provided when accompanied by the purchase document.
Some products that have been damaged due to excessive or incorrect use may not be accepted under warranty even though they are within the 2 year period, in this case the opinion of Slevori's technicians applies.
