Saint George with Grid Frame
St. George was a Roman military man. He was sentenced to death for not renouncing his Christian faith. Later, he was holyly enlisted as a Christian martyr. St. George became the patron saint and trophy bearer of the Greek Army, after the liberation of the Greek Genus. His memory is commemorated on April 23rd or for the Churches that go according to the Julian calendar, where if the day coincides before the Resurrection, he is transferred on the Monday of the Bright Week
