Saint Neophytos

Saint Neophytos was born in Cyprus and from a very young age followed the lonely way of life. Neophytos remained locked up for 40 years in his crime in Paros, where he was educated according to divine and human wisdom and initiated into the secrets of spiritual exercise. He preserved this experience and with the Grace of God increased it and applied it perfectly. It is celebrated on 24 January and 28 September.
